At Elite Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fitness gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all equipment components, manuals, and tags are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
